The Marketing Research Society’s one-day MR and Marketing Tech Conference to examine emerging marketing tech trends is coming up in London this Thursday, 21 November. Fashioned to shed light on new opportunities being created by technology advancements, as well as how they are revolutionizing insights creation, the event features a lineup of innovative speakers, including our CRO, JD Deitch.

JD will take the stage at 1:55 p.m. with a talk called “Boosting quality insights by putting artificial intelligence to work.” During his session, he will cover how AI can have a significant impact on two challenges that continue to plague quality in the market research industry: fraud and respondent experience. Attendees will get a peek into how more advanced, dynamic detection techniques that leverage AI and machine learning can help quickly identify patterns and detect anomalies at scale. In addition, JD will demonstrate how this same technology can utilize available data points to match respondents with appropriate surveys, reducing churn and improving respondent targeting and conversion rates.

If you are attending the conference, and want to understand AI’s impact on fraud and respondent experience and how you can practically apply these technologies to improve outcomes and quality, don’t miss JD’s talk.

Other sessions during the day include coverage of chatbots for insights collection, developments in wearable tech for in-the-moment insights, virtual reality’s role in decision forecasting and other forward-thinking topics. We’re excited to hear what our friends from Zappistore have to say, as well as speakers from Savanta, Kantar, Unilever, Ipsos and many others. It will be a day packed with enlightening insights. We hope to see you there!
